We can build a home for you from our line of pre-drawn plans, plans that you have already picked out, or custom build to your specs. Almost any style of home can be built with ICFs. If you have a plan that is drawn to be stick built, we can make the necessary changes to build with ICF's.

We have been in the concrete and general construction business for almost 50 years as Peter Simon, Inc., and Tri State Concrete Services, Inc. And we are a member of the BBB, the HBA, and the Concrete Foundations Association through Tri State Concrete. Our projects vary from small additions to over $8 million homes, as well as commercial and industrial work. We have built numerous homes in the past, standard stick built as well as ICF.
