Build an energy efficient home with us! We build ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) homes. ICF homes are safe and comfortable all year long. They stay cool in the summer, and they are very inexpensive to heat in the winter. They are tornado resistant, and pest resistant.
We can build a home for you from our line of pre-drawn plans, plans that you have already picked out, or custom build to your specs. Almost any style of home can be built with ICFs. If you have a plan that is drawn to be stick built, we can make the necessary changes to build with ICF's.
We offer many energy saving items with our homes. We recomend radiant floor heat for all of our homes. It is one of the most energy efficient ways to heat a home. If you do not like radiant floor heat, we can adapt any type of HVAC system to fit your needs. We use windows with low-E glass. We use Energy Star appliances, and you may choose to upgrade from our standard package.

We have been in the concrete and general construction business for almost 50 years as Peter Simon, Inc., and Tri State Concrete Services, Inc. And we are a member of the BBB, the HBA, and the Concrete Foundations Association through Tri State Concrete. Our projects vary from small additions to over $8 million homes, as well as commercial and industrial work. We have built numerous homes in the past, standard stick built as well as ICF. The picture to the left is our first concrete home, and it was a huge success. We pride ourselves on doing high quality work at a fair price, and our main goal is to make our customers happy.
